Competing for Owners

Andrew has helped a number of young event horses start their competing careers and gone on

to take

them

through the levels. His stable boasts a talented set of novice, intermediate and

advanced level

horses – but

there’s always room for more!

Andrew is always looking for the next ‘super star of the future’ to add to his stable. He is

available to

Backing & Schooling

Andrew regularly helps owners with youngster needing backing or those experiencing problems

with

their horses and can offer assistance tailored to you and your horses’ particular needs.

Buying & Selling
Horses are regularly stabled on a short-term basis to sell on behalf of clients. Fees include full livery,
training, presentation and dealing with prospective purchasers.

If you are considering buying a new horse and would like some help and guidance Andrew is
available to provide advice and assess prospective purchases.

Competition Advice
Andrew James Eventing offers a tailored ‘Competition Advice’ service to riders. Depending on
your needs this might cover:

Pointers for each of the phases;

Help warming up for each phase;

Course walks;

Review of performance and how to improve.

Grading Preparations
Andrew will take in stallions for grading preparations. His fees include full livery, training and
presentation.

Training
Andrew enjoys training riders of all ages and abilities; he gets a buzz from developing their
confidence and riding skills for cross country, show jumping, or dressage.
